The organic herb garden and kitchen The outdoor cookery school is set in the middle of the organic herb and vegetable garden. One of our chefs personally hosts classes for up to 15 of your guest at any one time providing a wealthy source of information on Moroccan cuisine, cooking methods and spices. Vegetables used in the class are picked straight from the garden and dishes are cooked in the traditional method in earthenware Tajines over hot coals.
